Weight - 308.6 - Not as much weight as I want to lose but it's going down I guess..
Box Squats - 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 225x1, 275x1, 275x1, 315x1, 315x1, 315x1
Tried Leg Press - Rickety ass leg press and didn't really feel good on ankle or lower back, did the 180 that was on there for 15 reps and said screw it.
Rear Delt DB Raise - 10x12 for 4 sets.
It's apparent I don't train very consistent.
