Tried Conv DL today - 225x5 for 2 sets. Felt better, a little snappy. Hard to get to the bar but once I pull it once and let it rest before next rep it feels ok.
Box Squat - Form work - 135x5 for 3 sets.
Side Lateral Raises - 20x12 for 3 sets.
