I think I went in on Friday the 30th and something happened, I couldn't focus or something and left.

Tuesday September 3rd

Sumo DL - 135, 225, 275, 315, 365, 405, 420x1

Mil Press - 145x3, 145x3, 145x8 (amap)

The log says I ran out of time I think this was when I was going in at 5 and I got there later and had to hurry to get ready for work.
