AM BW 214, i'm not sure what's going on with my weight but I see to be gaining faster than I was? Although I'm eating exactly the same, I track everything I eat and account for all my macros. My theory is that since I stopped all the volume from BBB I'm seeing the gains from that due to recovery? I don't know, thoughts?
Shoulder was bugging the hell out of me all day so I just worked through it.

I'm not sure but I think I respond better to more frequent benching. Trying to find a way to work in benching twice a week possibly leading up to the meet.
