Its official Dpol has kicked in! i feel full all day. Almost feels like im on a pro. Strength and endurance is up. ENergy is up. My vascularity is about the same but im not lean so its hard for me to have crazy veins. Yesterday i hit back. I did a different back workout than norm but here it is. Also i have been just putting the powder in my mouth and then taking a drink of water, i feel like condense has been working just as well if not better haha, idk if there is any science behind if but give it a try.

Hammer Low Row:
didnt count reps but went for the stretch. started at 1 plate and moved all the way to 4 plates
Cable Pulldown:
4 sets to failure. Increased weight each set
Plate loaded Row:

4 pltsx failure
hypertensions:
4 sets of 20
20 mins of cardio
