I owe you a lot. You are the one who really started me on lifting seriously. You called me out on doing some cutting routine, and told me what a newb I was, then told me to do compound exercises and even worked with me on daily programming with my weird schedule. In a way I owe everything to you. Every heavy lift, every PR. Anyway, I just wanted to convey my sincere thanks. As far as your log, in for this!
