Yesterday was a Deadlift Day. I've been working around a SI Pain.. So I really haven't pulled heavy from the floor for weeks. Walked into the gym and started warming up. Switched to Sumo on the first Warm and it felt more natural for some reason. So I kept going. Worked up a final set of 455x5 Sumo.. Which is a PR for me with Sumo..

I've been dosing my Condense like this... Off day None, Heavy Days(Big 3) 2 Scoops, Bodybuilding Days (Lighter Days) 1 Scoop.
