I should have given more details here. I am totally committed to strongman.
I think front squats have a lot of carryover to events. I would like to add them without more volume.
I do squats and Deads on the same day. My events days are focused around heavy moving events, so it is tough for me to separate squats and Deads.
So this was my option to do both front and back squats. Just thinking out loud here
