365x2, w/ belt pulled a double because the first rep felt so good. Never pulled 365 off the floor that fast. Here's videos of the three singles:
275x3x3, deficit from 45 lb plate pulled conventional.
this was actually supposed to be 350 but I got distracted and forgot to put the 5lb plate on this side, whoops.
AB ROPE CRUNCHES
100x5, decided to cut the volume on this and try and go for more intensity. Definitely challenging in a different way.
alternated all sets with 30 second weighted planks using a 25lb plate.
STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFTS
185x2x5, they were filming something for Comedy Central in the gym. I wanted to do front squats but they were filming where all the heavy dumbbells were.
30x5x5, decided to cut volume on these and raise intensity.
That concludes a really good and productive week of training for me. time to eat.
