Thinking of some minor tweaks in my cycle for squats. I would like to add in front squats, but I do not want to eliminate back squats.
I run everything for 12 week cycles, but squats are broken don into 3 week mini cycles.
Do you think it would be a good idea to alternate squats every cycle or every other cycle?
I am thinking 3 weeks of back squats and then 3 weeks of front squats, what do you guys think.
