Skipped friday. Still took the Dpol. I then hit shoulders on Saturday. Took Dpol with my prewokout meal which was 10oz serloin and one large potato, with some cheese since i was at home. Took 2 scoops of condense on my way to the gym.
For me once i start to feel the BA kick in thats when i start to get warm and focused. I like how its not so drastic and overwhelming like some pres. I used to be like that but taking a preworkout every day for 6 yrs straight gets to me and i start to like a more focused and pump type of pre than a pre that is just all energy.
Focus, energy, and pump/vascularity was great today. My bf is a bit higher so i dont have crazy vascularity but you can def see its there just covered in a layer of water/fat. Endurance/strength is about the same but im sure by the end of this week ill have a nice spike in strength and endurance from Dpol!
ill put the workout up for Sat. But i got the stomach flu or food poisening that night because i couldnt stop puking all night, it sucked didnt get any sleep. so i took off sunday and prob will take off today. i feel like i lost 10 lbs cuz all i ate yesterday was two bagels, a protein shake and a big beef from portillos.
