I see exactly what you mean, and I was thinking the same thing, briefly. But I already lowered it to start with a fair bit, which is depressing enough as it is. :/

Also, what strength I did have might start coming back (more), hopefully.
Got 155kg/341lb (for a single) not so long ago, after all. Sure, all I could get today was 1 x 140kg/308lb, but again, it might be a matter of getting back into it. I hope...
