Alright finished the first week of this combo. Feeling great and feeling stronger. This first has been rough trying to recoop from Vacation. My workouts have been different then I normally do as well. I have a few pounds to drop and I'm working around 2 injuries. I have a Meet in 3 weeks. I'm hoping to get healed or close to it, plus stronger and lighter...haha
