im a bbr. so i just go for a over all better look. id say atm im looking to get thicker with out adding much fat. then ill go through a dieting phase where i am worried about getting lean. i dont one rep max much but i can tell when i get stronger when i can rep out heavier weight. but honestly i dont care about weight
