Default Jay's Slice of Hell

Following a weird split.

Day 1:
Declines & Pendlay Rows 10x3
Leg Press 10x10
Laterals for accessory

Day 4:
BP to Neck 10x10
WG Rack Chins 10x10
Spider CUrls 5x6
OH Tri-Bar Extensions 5x6
Hammer Curls 10x10
Pushdowns 10x10


Day 5:
Squats 10x3
Laterals 10x10
SLDL 10x5
Behind-Neck Pin Press 10x5

Microloading 2.5 lbs on all 10x3 exercises. Using number of sets for goals on 10's.
