First off I'd like to thank Randoja and Purus Labs for giving me the opportunity to log Dpol and Condense! It will be a fun ride. Currently I'm in offseason so i am looking to pack on as much muscle/weight as possible without getting to out of shape. I am 280 ATM as of yesterday.
I will be running Dpol as it says on in the instructions- 3 tabs with my preworkout meal aprox. 60 mins before lifting. I use more of a volume training, not looking as an increase as strength as a key identifier if the stack is good or not. I use more reps but keep the weight as heavy as possible but i dont do one rep maxes. Looking for more thickness and vascularity from this stack.
I will be doing 2 scoops of condense on my way to the gym-aprox 15 mins before workout.
My training splits vary but for the most part they go in this order:
