The food part is interesting. That's about the standard for all the old timers. I actually bought Steve Reeve's book and it sounds exactly the same (although the Steve Reeves workouts were insane - dont think I can try them. 8-9 bodyparts. 2-3 exercise per bodypart and a total of 64 work sets in a session, done thrice a week).
