I'm so gonna try these GHR's. They look good! I also Like weighted sumo squats and Good Mornings. I'm getting better at GM... they are really odd at first- took time to build my back to support them. I do a lot of SLDL too. Way more than normal deads. I also do cable kick backs with a velcro strap around my ankle and pull the cable crossover back behind my body with my leg.
