I like that idea. I think there's room to do both. As I said in another post, most people could probably slug there way through a week of this. For an unconditioned person who doesn't do this type of training it might be an eye opener.
In any case. Anybody contemplating this should go read the Casey Butt appreciation thread, in the bodybuilding section. It is stickied there. Go into this armed with some knowledge about what your jumping into.
I think it would be important to set some parameters as to percents of known maxes to have the person working in at least a minimum level of difficulty.
