Jeez, what do you guys want? Blood?

If we're to believe his weight and measurements, he's made a huge difference in six months. 3" on calves and 5" on his thighs? Put a tape round a thigh and then let it out by 5" - and see what a massive jump in size that is.

Even if he was exaggerating by 100%, I'd say a 2.5" increase would be impressive.

I think he did really well.
