Thanks! I have never been a prework kind of guy, but this is a great combo. Best one I have tried. I currently train at the end of a 14 hr day, using the combo of Condense and D-pol has made an effect.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
