Fats are good whether you're 5'6, 4'2, or 6'5! Carbs are good around workout times because of insulin shuttling nutrients around, but your body utilizes fat and converts it into test and gh 24/7. Saturated fats, even more so than unsaturated, are extremely good to consume daily if you want to have elevated levels of test and gh. But try not to consume too many fats and carbs together. Meals should focus more so on one or the other.
But yeah, shakes like that are awesome Adamite. I typically use all whole eggs though.
