This has worked well for me as my post-workout for almost the past year now.
-1 Cup of whole milk
-2 raw eggs
-2 egg whites
-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
-1 scoop of whey protein
-10 grams of creatine (I recommend Optimum Nutrition's Micronized creatine powder, it's flavorless won't change the taste at all)
add some ice, blend, and enjoy!
