Incline lying tricep extension
Overall workout grade: C+
First training session in 7 days. A sinus infection forced my hand and I missed a week. Felt very good to be back. Not training and being sick has a really negative impact on my mind state.
Missed my heavy set on ohp. I think my CNS just wasn't woke up yet. I will keep the ohp weight the same next cycle. No biggie.
Overall I missed a rep here and there, but I will get them back in a couple weeks.
