Okay so deadlifts today. Warmed up to my working sets of
5 x 105kg
5 x 110kg
5 x 115 (+5 extra reps)
Then did 10 x 80kg for 5 sets. Absolutely hideous. A few sets of toes to bar and dips after that. Ended with tricep pushdowns. Hell on earth.
