Worked up to fast single at 395

Notes: Bench is coming along much better than before. My strength is better and the commands are starting to become second nature. Training with fellow powerlifters is definitely helping with feedback on my form. I also restarted my Anello cycle so that I could peak at the same time as one of my friend does as he prepares to do his next meet.
