That's a pretty good diet, like everyone else said its working stick with it. I didn't add it up but I bet you are higher than 2500 cal. probably closer to 3k. which is perfect for most people to put on weight. In the off season I'm about 3k to 3500 cal a day. If I only take in 2000 cal a day I loose weight. Everyone is different keep that in mind and stick with whats working for you
