Indeed, PR's are not required for a great session. My lifting has been all the better since I stopped chasing PR's anyway.
Pulling ia always tougher when any DOMS are present as well. Solid bench work as always!
Nice work get the 8 reps. I know, double digits is always very cool, but will of course come another day.
