My trainer has decided to drop my cardio down to 3 x 30min sessions. Not just regular cardio but I have to focus on getting in the 135-145 heart rate range and staying there, which has greatly increased the intensity of my cardio sessions but I love it because it's HALF of the time I've been spending on cardio. lol
