First day back
Finally back squatting after my back strain. Went decently light but i think i am around 85% healed.
squat 1x2@185 1x2@225 1x1@275 1x1@315*
Paused Olympic squats 1x10@225
hamstring curls 3x8@110
Leg extensions Pyramid set**
Decline sit ups with 10lb medicine ball 3x15
*(did 315 for 7 last time so i figured it was light enough not to get me get injured but to induce a stimulus.)
** only did them because of lack of squat volume.
