8/28/2013 speed work.. i am growing aggravated with deload/unload week lol
435 x 2 x 5sets belt+knee sleeves
focused on my new set up and how I want to walk out.
225 x 2 i just felt no desire to go up in weight or continue going, definitely felt like the deload/unload is ment for deadlifts, they are just so taxing and draining on my body. we'll be ready for them as saturday starts week 1 of 4 of meet prep (comp days) where 3times a week now we will be doing all 3 lifts.
tomorrow i go in to help spot 1 of our 242s, i'll get some shoulder work done. and friday is mobility.. thank god for saturday!
