SQUAT DAY

Didn't know what to expect today, after having deadlifted just 3 days ago. My body delivered a real gem of a session today. Although over 2 weeks ago I did 390X2 and a 410 singles, I did a helluva lot more work today leading up to my heavy double and single. Additionally, the 405 today is one of the best and cleanest 4PPS squat I have ever done. Lower back is just amazing. Forearm is recovering nicely and felt just fine throughout the session.

I'm really just so excited that I am not and will not be crapping out at these weights and more, like I used to do for the last 2 years. I was really close to losing hope back then.

I was fired up about what David said to me Monday and still a bit angered by the American Health Care System.
