Yes, quite frankly I was pissed last night about it, but now that I can take the protein back up to a decent level I can reduce my carb intake, that should do it without doing any extra crazy cardio, etc...
My "high" carb day is Leg Day and is usually around 100g-120g for the day timed around my workout predominately...
All other days are under that number
