Squats today. Did about 6 sets of air squats while I waited for a moron to finish using the power rack for barbell shrugs. Then did 2 sets with the bar then
5 x 40kg
5 x 50kg
5 x 60kg
After that I did some sets of light front squats up to 55kg. 2 sets on leg press then a lot of calf extensions.
