Today I attended a PL seminar that included power bodybuilding as well, etc...
The focus was on sumo DL's and Squats.
I have to say, I am totally sold on this!
I spent a good amount of one on one time working on my form, can't wait to start seeing what I can pull.
I need some input, I'm putting DL's in my back day, do I start off with them or finish?
