Default Overwhelmed By The Response

I am a bit overwhelmed by the positive responses left on my profile on M&S. I did not expect it. It means a lot to me to hear success stories, and that I am able to help folks in some small way.

I won't lie, this choked me up a bit.

I just want to say thank you Steve and my girlfriend thanks you as well. I hope you keep motivating and teaching people, may your lifts be big and injuries small.

Never would I of believe that I could be lifting the weights that I am now after running Starr's 5x5 for the past 13 weeks with a proper diet. I appreciate the time you take to help educate us mere mortals to achieve our goals.

There are so many different theories out there for lifting that it is overwhelming to determine what to do. Thank you for the motivation and I look forward to your next article.
