Terrible day got back spasms after deadlifts and then kind of front squatted
deadlift 1x6or 7 lost count @365
front squats 1x1@185 1x1@225 1x2@225 (I could do A lot but my back spasm would not stop and actually did not get worse.)

You need to Build, Do not test all of the time.
