Default

Headed to the gym and worked on some bench aux. Did seated military presses with a slight angle on the bench. Then we did arnold presses and bent over rear delt raises. Finished with face pulls to get the burn going. I am off until Saturday when we are having a DL session with some big buys coming to Southside Bully. Looking to keep my form in check and maybe pull over 600. The last 2 times I pulled 600 was after all of my working sets so I plane to build up and then pull my ass off to see what I can do when I am little more fresh. I will finish up with rack pulls if there is anything left in the tank.
