Tonight was hot as heck in the gym and we all were dripping wet. Started off slow and built up. Depth was close on most of my squats and a few turned into good mornings but we fought threw them. Didn't do any aux work tonight as I ran out of time and to be honest I was done between my workout and the heat
Warmed up with bar and then:
325x3 465x1 w/ Anderson 2k knee wraps
400x3 485x1 with wraps 20lb PR and they tell me I was right at parallel.
