Squatted 430 and 455 for the first time today. 430 was easy, 455 was a bit tough. Definitely no more than 10 lbs left in the tank- possibly 5. I was happy. I've never yelled in a public gym (in this case, the university gym), but I did yell a watered down version of Karwoski's "YEAH!" after completion. 2 weeks after the spring semester was out(May 27th), I hit 405. At the end of the semester I think my best was 385. In February of 2013 I had a hard time doing 225 for 5 reps. I'm happy, and the only way now is to add more weight to the bar.
