Great AM session. Cup of coffee with a splash of chocolate milk did wonders.
Was trying to hit 10 on the money set, but just didn't have the energy. I change the BBB 10x5 to 5x5 b/c of a previous experience w/ BBB deadlift. I have it set so it will be 5x5, 5x3, 5x2 and 5x1. Think this will work better. I like the Pallof Press 2.0 better than the regular. Works more core/abs. Happy with how everything is going so far.
