Try out the protocol in the OP and take your b-vitamins a good hour or two PRIOR to training. This should not only optimize your GH output, but also allow plenty of time for the b-vitamins to "wear off" and let you sleep.

Indeed, its ironic that most of the "cheap" supplements out there are the one's that actually have some validity behind them (e.g. creatine, caffeine, b-vitamins, etc)
