Sooo quick update if you haven't seen any of my posts on IG, Twitter, or FB.

•I'm out of the 300's now! Down to 295.
•My trainer has me doing 2hrs of cardio! Am/Pm. Started that about a wk ago.
•Training is intense. Less rest between sets.
•BF had got up to 12% but is now back down to 11%


Going to all these shows and seeing these guys rocking the stage has me wanting to step my game up!!

Chest today and I can't wait to get it done so I can focus on hammies and quads tomm.
So i'm now 277lbs.
Doing 2.5 hours of cardio per day
Training is even more intense. Its serves as my fun during prep
BF is at 9% even.

Still have ALOT of work to do, using a new approach but believing in my trainer. It's all new to me and I'm not sure what to expect but i'm believing in why I sought his help.
