UPA Power Weekend Prep--Aug 12th, Workout 7


Supplements: 1 Scoop Muscle Marinade (30 min Pre-Workout), 1 serving (3 tabs) DPol with Post-workout meal

Thoughts: Well I finished off the SLinshot yesterday and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed using that as a GDA. Russian Tarragon is indeed a fascinating ingredient and the literature on it is inciting to say the least.

I would highly recommend anyone who feels like they don't tolerate carbs well or feels "sluggish" after big carb feeds consider giving Slinshot a try as opposed to other more generic GDAs like ALA or berberine.
