Trying to do 2 or 3 of these per week. Only takes 15-20 minutes but makes a difference.

[QUOTE=OneMorePlate;397617]How do you like that high rep Pain training?
Nice pulling & Big Rows Al.[/QUOTE

The high rep stuff is more about recovery and mild hypertrophy although because I'm not used to the pump, it does feel weird. I often have the strength to do more reps right now but can't because there's too much blood in there.

EXTRA from lunch today

Done as a Giant set
Scap retraction on seated cable row
3 x 20
Hammer curls
3 x 10 per arm
Standing cable abs
3 x 25

Also bought a new squat suit on eBay today. Same design just a size smaller. Time to get TIGHT!!!
