Trying to do 2 or 3 of these per week. Only takes 15-20 minutes but makes a difference.

The high rep stuff is more about recovery and mild hypertrophy although because I'm not used to the pump, it does feel weird. I often have the strength to do more reps right now but can't because there's too much blood in there.
