Best squat day so far on 5x5 moved the bar down. I guess I am low bar squatting now. My body feels more controlled and I feel stronger. No deadlifts today because my back felt unusably tired because of the low bar.
Lower Day (kind of):
Db rows 1x5@70 1x5@80 1x5@105 1x5@110 (heaviest dumbbell which was one of my many small goals.)
Hamstring curls 3x8@110
hypertension 75 total reps 3x25
hanging leg raises 3x12

You need to Build, Do not test all of the time.
Sometimes your strongest attribute becomes an obstacle
