Default

After DL on Friday I was pretty spent but managed to do ok with Sunday Bench. Worked up to 3x6x280 and then did work with the 3 board and made it up to 6x380 w/ a slingshot. Finished up with OHP and DB pull overs. I am pretty fatigued today so I am hoping to recover so we are ready for squats tomorrow. Training is going very well so far but I can tell my body is trying to figure out what the heck is going on which is a good thing!
