What exercise would prove that my hams are weak? I can do 10+ reps in GHR with 25lbs plate, I could leg curl 80+kg for 10+ reps as well... If these are not staples of hamstring strength, then what exercises would you recommend to increase their strength?
Tight yes. Extremely tight and totally inflexible: more than yes!
Current: 107kg Squat, 82.5kg Bench, 130kg lDeadlift
Goal: 120kg Squat, 90kg Bench, 150kg Dead
