Not bad... I'd ditch the Fat Burner thou... Fat Burners will only burn around an extra 300 calories a Day... If you can't find were to cut 300 Calories out of your Diet and you need to lose weight... Your doing it wrong.
Invest in a pre-workout if you a little pick me up or energy for your workouts. Most pre-workouts have other stuff that will help build muscle and recover faster.
