UPA Power Weekend Prep--Aug 10th, Workout 5


Supplements: 1 Scoop Muscle Marinade (30 min Pre-Workout), 1 serving (3 tabs) DPol with Post-workout meal, 1 serving (2 tabs) Slinshot with one meal

Thoughts: Wasn't really feeling it today for some reason but still managed to hit my goal numbers for the workout today. Just a bit mentally out of the game today for some reason. Hopefully the next few workouts I can get my head out of my arse.
